Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@thetrianglebm.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You can always contact us with any return-related questions at info@thetrianglebm.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
For items purchased directly from our available inventory, we will review eligible claims in accordance with our return policy.
For pre-ordered items sourced from third-party suppliers, please refer to our Pre-Order Items Policy below, as additional conditions apply.
Pre-Order Items – Returns & Refunds
All pre-order items are considered final sale and are generally non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, except in special circumstances approved by management or where otherwise required by applicable law.
A pre-order refers to any item specially ordered on behalf of a customer that is not part of our regularly available inventory.
Third-Party Supplier Orders
When a customer requests or selects a specific item from a third-party supplier, including but not limited to Amazon, the following terms apply:
- Customer-Selected Suppliers: Customers acknowledge that they have selected or approved the third-party supplier and/or product being ordered on their behalf.
- Product Quality & Manufacturer Defects: We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, product malfunctions, sizing discrepancies, quality concerns, inaccurate product descriptions, or other product-related issues originating from a customer-selected third-party supplier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Shipping Damages: We will review claims involving damage that occurred during shipping or handling while the item was under our responsibility. Customers must notify us promptly upon receiving a damaged item and provide photographs of the item and packaging where requested. Claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Returns & Refunds: Once a pre-order has been placed with the third-party supplier, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds will generally not be accepted, including where the customer changes their mind, orders an incorrect size, or is dissatisfied with the selected product.
- Special Circumstances: Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances of the order, the supplier’s policies, and any applicable legal obligations.
- Supplier Returns & Warranties: Where applicable, customers may be directed to the original supplier or manufacturer for warranty assistance, product defects, or other supplier-related concerns. Any assistance we provide with third-party claims will be assessed individually.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- The item is being specially sourced or purchased on their behalf.
- The selected third-party supplier is responsible for its own product descriptions, manufacturing standards, and product quality.
- Pre-orders are generally final sale and are not eligible for our standard 7-day return policy.
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered in approved special circumstances or where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products, including special orders and personalized items.
- Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Pre-ordered items sourced specifically for a customer, subject to the Pre-Order Items Policy above.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
These exclusions are subject to any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have, provided it meets our return eligibility requirements.
Once the return has been accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that pre-order items are not eligible for standard exchanges, except in approved special circumstances or where required by law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Pre-order refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under the special circumstances outlined in our Pre-Order Items Policy or where required by applicable law.
